Summer is officially here and we've partnered up with Certified Hormone Specialist Paige Lindgren to bring you five simple, hormone-supporting recipes to try this week to get your Summer started off right

From smoothies to breakfast bowls to chilly iced lattes, we've got your new Summer recipe rotation on lock. 

Snickerdoodle Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop In Sync Hormone Elixir
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Handful of ice

Instructions:

  • Add these hormone-healthy ingredients to a blender and get ready to fall in love with the smoothie of the Summer!

Iced Cinnamon Latte

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Grab your favorite glass and add your (nut)milk of choice and 1 scoop of In Sync.
  • Use a frother to mix until desired consistency.
  • Add a handful of ice and enjoy!

Cinn-ply Delish Protein Balls

Ingredients (6-7 balls):

Instructions:

  • Add these hormone-balancing ingredients to a large mixing bowl, using a full scoop of the In Sync Hormone Elixir.
  • Use your hands to form bite size balls.
  • Roll bowls in powder, put in refrigerator to set and enjoy!

Note: When choosing your nut butter, the runnier the better. If you use a thicker nut butter, opt for fewer oats or add a splash of milk to help the mixture combine. 

Hormone-Happy Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop In Sync Hormone Elixir
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Blueberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Honey
  • Hemp seeds

Instructions:

  • Add your oats, In Sync Hormone Elixir and almond milk to a large bowl and set in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Once the oats have absorbed the delicious Snickerdoodle-flavored milk, give it a mix and add your desired toppings (we love chia seeds, almond butter, blueberries, cacao nibs, a drizzle of honey and hemp seeds).

Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups packed blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop In Sync Hormone Elixir 

Instructions:

  • Add your ingredients to a large mixing and mix well, saving 1/2 of a scoop of In Sync Hormone Elixir to the side. 
  • Form cookies from the dough, roll in the remaining In Sync Hormone Elixir, and add to a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 mins and enjoy!
